Accepting Your Order

Confirming Your Order

Following an approved purchase, you will receive an email from The Perfume Hunter confirming the details of your order including your purchased items, the total cost of your purchase, and your designated shipping address. The customer refers to the individual, business, or organisation who makes any purchases from The Perfume Hunter or seeks services from Core Metrics Pty Ltd and may also be referred to as “you”.

Placing Orders

All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Core Metrics Pty Ltd. Core Metrics Pty Ltd reserves the right to vary prices for received orders in the event of price changes. In instances where price increases occur, you may cancel your order by notifying Core Metrics within the agreed period following the price increase (seven days following the notification of increase).

The cancellation of any orders must be made within 14 days and communicated by email to info@theperfumehunter.com.auIn instances where cancellations are requested after items have been despatched, customers will be required to pay any associated return shipping and handling fees.

Orders should be placed using The Perfume Hunter’s online ordering system. Other forms of ordering will only be accepted in instances where The Perfume Hunter’s online ordering system is unavailable or customers are having difficulty using the online ordering system. In these instances, we recommend contacting The Perfume Hunter via email for customer support.

The Perfume does not accept orders placed over the phone.

In purchasing items from The Perfume Hunter’s online store you are agreeing to do so for personal use only. Core Metrics Pty Ltd does not allow or support the resale or export of products purchased from The Perfume Hunter. Any affiliate or third party suppliers associated with The Perfume Hunter must be approved by Core Metrics directly. This can be done by contacting Core Metrics via email at info@core-metrics.com.au.

Stock quantities may vary from time to time. The Perfume Hunter’s available stock does not reflect orders which have been placed but not yet processed. In rare instances, a customer may place an order with products no longer available and receive a refund.

Warranties & Claims

All products and goods sold by Core Metrics Pty Ltd via The Perfume Hunter are sold with a defects or faults warranty. Products covered under warranties will be replaced or repaired. Warranties are not transferable.

In instances where warranty claims are made by customers, products and goods are to be returned to Core Metrics Pty Ltd for fault or defect assessment. In instances where products and goods are found to be faulty or defective, customers will receive a replacement product or refund.

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must send the faulty or defective product, a copy of the original invoice, the invoice number, a detailed fault description sheet, and a copy of the warranty to Core Metrics Pty Ltd’s nominated return address.

Core Metrics Pty Ltd is not responsible for any missing parcels or transit issues relating to returned products or goods.

In instances where products are not found to be faulty or defective, return shipping fees and any associated assessment fees will be covered by the customer. Core Metrics Pty Ltd will seek the permission of the customer to charge any relevant return fees to the customer’s designated credit card where possible and goods will be returned to the customer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.

The warranty of products and goods found to be damaged, mishandled, modified, tampered with or abused will be voided.

Disclaimer

Due to ever-changing market forces and other extenuating circumstances outside of Core Metrics Pty Ltd’s control including product and goods availability and price stability, The Perfume Hunter reserves the right to withdraw products, change and correct prices, and amend product specifications without notice.
