Founded in 1920, TOUS is a family business that surprises the world with original jewels processed using noble materials. In 2002, it joined PYD in the perfume universe, and its fragrances are now present in over 80 countries.
Perfumes y Diseño (PYD) is a renowned Spanish company in the luxury perfume and select cosmetics industries with global reach and history in luxury fashion. It was founded in 1998 and focused on creating, developing, distributing, and international marketing fragrances and select cosmetics linked to prestigious brands.
The Tous perfumes are characterised by transmitting solid emotions. It adds a unique design that captivates different audiences, essentially cosmopolitan people who love the lifestyle aura that the brand suggests and who enjoy its aromas in New York or Moscow, Pekin, or Mexico.

In 1920, Salvador Tous Blavi and his wife Teresa Ponsa Mas opened a small watch repair workshop that progressively grew in prominence in the jewellery industry. In 1965, Salvador Tous, the founder’s son, married Rosa Oriol — the pair pooled their talents, experience, and creativity to design a new style of jewellery.

The brand has more than 400 stores in 45 countries and cities such as New York City, Paris, Moscow, Milan, and Tokyo. Since 1920, TOUS has created jewellery as the company’s core business and produces a broad range of accessories, such as bags, watches, perfumes, eyeglasses, textiles, and small leather goods. As of 2012, the company produces 30 annual collections.

During one of her trips in 1985, Oriol drew inspiration from what would later become one of the leading icons of the brand name, the symbolic teddy bear.
“During one of my trips, I saw a small teddy bear in a shop window, and it brought back all the endearing memories of my childhood. And then I thought: Why not make a little bear out of gold?” “Over the years, it has become a lucky charm for millions of people worldwide, and for us, it marked the beginning of our international expansion. Even though we continuously launch collections, the bear is always present in different shapes and forms. It is very, very special to me.”
