RETURNS & REFUNDS

If your order isn’t quite right, fear not. There are a number of options to remedy that!

CHANGE OF MIND

The Perfume Hunter offers a refund to the value of the product purchased less any postage costs incurred, on change-of-mind purchases only where items are in their original packaging, undamaged and unused and returned within 14 days of the date you first received them.

Refunds will not be issued where products have been used or opened.

Refunds will be made to the original credit or debit card used to purchase the goods only, within 30 days of receiving the return and pending all refund conditions being met.

The postage costs to return the goods will be deducted from the full refund amount.

PRICE DROPS & SALE PRODUCTS

Any price reductions made to products after an order has been placed will not be passed on to customers. We recommend selecting all items carefully at the time of placing your order.

REACTIONS AND ALLERGIES

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for products that lead to an allergic reaction. All products sold via The Perfume Hunter include detailed ingredient listings within their descriptions and we recommend you read these carefully before making any purchases.

MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Any missing or damaged items should be reported to The Perfume Hunter customer service team by email as soon as possible to discuss a replacement, refund or credit note.

WRONG PRODUCTS

If you receive items that you did not order please contact The Perfume Hunter customer service team as soon as possible.

Do not open the packaging of any items you did not order. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be accepted by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

Core Metrics owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.

USED PRODUCTS

Please note that we do not accept returned goods that we believe have been used. In instances where the customer service team reasonably believes a returned product has been used you will be notified. Any redelivery rearrangements must be made within 14 days and will be at the expense of the customer.
